With years under my tool belt I believe it's my responsibility to pass valuable information that WILL enhance lives forever!
Throughout my life I have taught at risk, low income, and especially the alternative schooled, how to build, enhance, and renovate.
We provide sensible solutions! Pride! Life skills! Trades!
Invited a 16 y/o student to a interior makeover for company in Dekalb. We taught him how, and he professionally prepared floor for the next covering.
This is the hallway after removing old vinyl and glue. Looks great complete!
This was a wonderful hands on experience for him. Great Job ARTSeeKid!!
This is the completed hallway. The cement floors were painted, baseboard added, painted walls with stripes and pics installed. Great job!
This pic is the waiting room before the revamp. Blue wallpaper and 20 year old pics & wooden chairs. 2 younger girls(not pictured) worked on chairs.
Reno of the waiting area! Chairs have been sanded and painted.
This lovey material is wholesale and the girls recovered and attached.
A happy client!
Career day at an unnamed Alternative School. We are not allowed to post names of schools/student pics.

Our great staff wants to uplift the community by giving skill sets to improve their homes, environment, neighborhoods and possible future employment!
We educate the community similar to our 6 hour children’s classroom program. Home décor, woodworking, painting, upholstery, and sheetrock.
In our community classes, we have more of an opportunity to bring in the professionals who teach aspects of plumbing and electrical, improving on everyday costly repairs. Plumbing: Reducing water use by repairing leaky faucets and running toilets. How to install a toilet.
Electrical: Schema of how it works from the street to your home. How to easily install ceiling fans where there was a ceiling light, which adds a level of cool and comfort for lessening electrical bills caused by air conditioning usage. These are a couple of things we teach but there is so much more! Hand sewing and sewing machine use. The correct way to paint. Why you want it to be professionally done, so it lasts for years instead of months. Woodworking: We build beds and standing closets and much more.
Our organization is currently speaking with more Community Centers in the Fulton, College Park and Dekalb county areas to partner for more community learning and hands on classes.
We want to partner into as many of these targeted communities we can. All classes will be announced when and where within 2 weeks of start date.
With the current Covid pandemic protocol, we've had to stop our regular classroom situations. We are in the process of developing "how-to" videos, which we will post here on this site as soon as possible.
When you want to change a life, it doesn’t matter how, or what the change is. Just try your best to make a change!
For years I had seen a need for an energetic, charitable programming to teach those who are thought of last. The at risk, the low income, and especially the alternative schooled.
I believe it’s one's responsibility, to pass valuable information that you’ve had benefit from. It could actually enhance someone else’s life.
We view creativity as areas of art, which equates to more than just singing and dancing. In saying that I developed the ARTSeeKids program. Teaching children and adults how to build, repair, and restore, inexpensively with a great professional result!
It is more than possible to have a fulfilling creative, skilled , ArtSEE! career, mastering any of these life skills. The program gets them up close and personnel! We help to improve there surroundings and Yes! This is a seed. Yes! it's here to show them they can connect to alternative ways of learning and earning a healthy income, for themselves and their families.
Education….. Skills…. New hope….. Self Love… Positive direction…. Certification….. Ownership….. and entrepreneurship. Yes! This can and has changed their lives and their surroundings, adding a strong interest to continue specialized education and employment.
I believe in this program.
Yes! It's tried and it is true!
To provide a non-profit, FREE program that provides seeds of sensible solution with life skills, using your hands and tools. Skills that are no longer taught in schools, and may have never been introduced to their young lives at all. Trades!
